Our philosophy

Generic fitness programs treat the female body as if it is static. We don’t. Your energy, your bio-mechanics, and your physiological needs evolve throughout your month and across your lifetime. We program your strength training to meet your body exactly where it is today.

The Phases of the Method

The Menstrual Syncing Phase

You might feel that your cycle affects your performance and recovery. We work to align your training intensity with how you feel —prioritising dynamic strength when you feel energised, and transitioning to restorative, lower-impact movement when your body needs more time to recover.

The Pregnancy & Postpartum Phase

During pregnancy, our focus is on maintaining structural strength, managing pelvic pressure, and keeping you moving safely and comfortably through every trimester. Post-birth, we pivot to the 'fourth trimester'—using a protocol dedicated to safely rebuilding your physical foundation. We respect exactly what your body is navigating, to keep you strong at every stage.

The Active Longevity Phase

Strength has no age limit. This phase is entirely focused on fall prevention, joint mobility, independent movement, and bone health. We use intelligent resistance training, balance work and functional programming to ensure your body remains resilient, powerful and capable of enjoying life on your own terms.

The Menopause & Perimenopause Phase

Rewrite the narrative around changing hormones. As oestrogen levels drop, strength training becomes your greatest health asset. We focus on strategic lifting to aggressively protect bone density, preserve your muscle mass, improve your metabolic health, increase energy levels, and counteract joint pain.

The Foundation & Flow Phase

For the women who simply want to move better, feel stronger, and build an unbreakable physical foundation. If you don’t feel defined by a specific phase at the moment, then Foundation and Flow is for you. We focus on functional fitness and structural strength, to build a powerful body equipped to cope with the demands of life.
